The EcoFair24 will be held on the Western Lawns between 10am-4pm on 11 May 2024 and promises to combine a range of environmental organisations, food traders, local craft, and businesses to create positive environmental impacts, including promoting sustainability, reducing waste, conserving energy and water resources, protecting biodiversity and ecosystems, and raising awareness about environmental issues.

12pm, Opening Ceremony of the Spring Water Festival with Eastbourne Mayor, Candy Vaughan followed by talks featuring Caroline Ansell MP, and Oliver Sterno, Plastic Free Community Leader.

12.30pm Cold Water Swimming Talks
- Carolyn Heaps from the Silver Dippers : Cold water dipping, the addictive quality and great camaraderie
- Scarlett McNally, professor: Exercise, a miracle cure for health
- Craig Kircher training to swim the Channel solo

All day; Strandliners discussions
All day; Craft activities, games for all family and friends

2pm, Squeak The Cat and the Water Sprite Boot Puppet Theatre

In Eastbourne, we are surrounded by the fresh ocean air, attracting tourists from far afield to share the beauty of our surroundings and experience the natural benefits the sea provides for the body, soul and mind.
